Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

The HR Manager will oversee HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating hiring processes, conducting interviews, supporting managers in handling employee relations, and organizing training and development initiatives.



The role also involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, support organizational culture, and drive HR projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition to manage full-cycle hiring.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and HR process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting for HR metrics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in financial services or real estate.
