Job Role: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)

Job Location: Tirupur

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Regional HR and Talent Acquisition teams. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire employee life cyclefrom sourcing candidates to supporting daily regional HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to build a solid foundation in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Support

- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Assist in sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media networks, and qualified databases.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and help maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
- On boarding Assistance: Help prepare on boarding materials, coordinate orientation schedules, and ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Assist with regional employer branding initiatives and virtual campus/recruitment events.

1. HR Operations & Support

- Data Management:



Help maintain regional HR databases, track basic hiring metrics, and prepare routine reports for the leadership team.
- Policy & Compliance Support: Assist the HR team in documenting compliance data and sharing company policy updates across regional locations.
- Employee Engagement: Support regional engagement initiatives, help organize team activities, and assist in addressing basic employee queries or grievances.
- Administrative Duties: Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth regional operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organizational skill with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
