Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Employee Engagement activities.

- Support recruitment activities including resume screening, initial candidate interactions, interview coordination, follow-ups and offer-related processes.

- Coordinate with candidates, employees, reporting managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.

- Maintain and update HR trackers, recruitment databases, employee records, interview schedules and other HR reports.

- Work extensively on MS Excel for data management, reporting, analysis and maintaining HR dashboards/trackers.

- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, internal events, training sessions and other people-focused activities.

- Support day-to-day HR operations including documentation, data management, employee communication and coordination.

- Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other HR-related communication using MS Office.

- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience.





- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tracking mechanisms and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate from a recognised university.

- Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Advanced Excel, formulas, data handling and reporting will be an advantage.

- Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

- Proactive, self-driven and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Social, approachable and comfortable interacting with employees, candidates, managers and other stakeholders.

- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn across different areas of HR.

- Knowledge of HRMS, recruitment platforms or other HR tools will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
