Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Update and organize employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with employees and different departments on HR-related activities.
- Track daily tasks and pending work.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining performance records.
- Support employee engagement activities and training sessions.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace discipline.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a HR-related courses.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Work Type : Full time

Monthly Stipend : 4000/-
