Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

- Handle employee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

- Maintain employee records, contracts, and joining formalities.

- Ensure company policies, discipline, and HR procedures are followed.

- Coordinate with department heads for staffing requirements and employee performance.

- Manage employee grievances and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR.

- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced film and post-production environment.

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
