We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in end-to-end recruitment to join i2Global Virtual Learning, Bengaluru. The candidate will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and achieve hiring targets.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring for EdTech, SaaS, technology, or sales roles is preferred.
- Good sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
