Job Summary

Zenith Food Solutions is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have experience handling HR activities in a hospitality, catering, facility management, or food service environment and be willing to travel to various catering units and client locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and shift details.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, deductions, and salary-related queries.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and workforce discipline.
- Coordinate with Operations Managers and site supervisors to address employee-related issues.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Maintain employee documentation and records required for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct regular visits to catering units and client locations to monitor HR processes and employee concerns.




- Prepare periodic HR reports on headcount, attendance, leave, attrition, and manpower costs.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and improving employee welfare and retention.

Required Skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and employee management skills.
- Practical knowledge of HR administration, attendance management, and payroll coordination.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; HRMS knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with employees, site supervisors, and Operations teams.
- Willingness to travel to catering units and client locations as required is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Experience in hospitality, institutional catering, hotels, restaurants, facility management, or food service operations is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in employee administration and multi-location workforce management will have an added advantage.
