Job Summary

Inspite Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive with a robust understanding of hospital management and healthcare HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR administration, and staff coordination to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and selection of doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
- Assist with payroll processing, compensation, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with hospital management and department heads regarding staffing requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, and employee relations.
- Support staff training, performance evaluations,



and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, HR policies, and healthcare-related employment requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
- Develop and improve HR processes to support efficient hospital operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and employee relations.
- Understanding of hospital staffing and healthcare HR procedures.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Salary & Joining
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
