HR Process Quality Management

- Monitor and ensure that all HR processes are implemented as per company policies and standards.

- Conduct regular reviews of HR practices to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

- Ensure standardisation of HR documentation and procedures across departments and branches.

Performance Management System (PMS)

- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management System.

- Ensure job descriptions, KRAs, and performance evaluation formats are properly maintained.

- Track employee performance review schedules and ensure timely completion.

HR Documentation and Compliance

- Maintain accurate and updated HR records including employee files, policies, and reports.

- Ensure HR documentation complies with internal policies and legal requirements.

- Support HR audits and quality checks of HR documents.

Training and Development Quality





- Monitor training programs and ensure proper documentation of employee training records.

- Assist in identifying training needs based on performance reviews and HR assessments.

- Track training effectiveness and employee development activities.

HR Data Monitoring and Reporting

- Maintain HR reports related to employee performance, attendance, attrition, and training.

- Analyse HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

- Provide periodic reports to HR management.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify process gaps in HR operations and suggest improvement initiatives.

- Support HR managers in implementing best practices in employee management.

- Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and standard formats.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
