: HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage both Recruitment and HR Operations. The candidate should have positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle day-to-day HR activities and support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads and follow up with candidates.
- Manage joining formalities and maintain recruitment records.

HR Operations:

- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Update employee details, HRMS records, and employee files.




- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave balances, and employee data.
- Communicate HR policies, company updates, and employee-related information.
- Handle employee queries, internal coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and other operational records.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.

Qualification: Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
