Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a HR Executive based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The HR Executive will manage HR operations and processes that support the organization’s workforce. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing HR management, implementing HR policies, cultivating positive employee relations,
and enhancing HR operations to align with organizational goals.
The role involves collaboration across teams and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to optimize workforce strategies and organizational processes
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance
- Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and hybrid work workplace
- Experience with HR software, tools, or systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certifications in HR are a plus
