- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Handle bulk hiring for shop-floor, technical, and corporate positions.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Meet recruitment targets and close vacancies within defined timelines.
