About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition & Executive Search team. This is not a conventional single-industry recruitment role. You will work on mandates across multiple sectors, functions, countries and levels, with opportunities to progress into senior recruitment, client management and executive search.

Depending on business requirements, you may work on assignments involving India or international markets and source professionals from different nationalities and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements, organisation structure, role expectations and candidate specifications.

Source relevant talent through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, references, headhunting and research techniques.

Conduct candidate identification, screening, preliminary interviews and suitability assessment.

Engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-close positions.

Present shortlisted candidates to clients with clear and relevant candidate summaries.





Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations and the recruitment process through to joining.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Coordinate with existing clients to understand current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Work closely with internal recruiters and specialist teams to build and deliver candidate pipelines.

Research talent markets, industries, companies and geographies to identify suitable candidates.

Work on domestic and international assignments, including cross-border and multi-nationality hiring as required.

Develop the capability to handle senior, niche, management and executive search mandates over time.

Candidate Profile:

0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Staffing or HR Consulting.

Strong written and verbal communication skillsa.

Confident in speaking with candidates and senior professionals.

Strong networking, relationship-building and influencing skills.

Ability to proactively approach candidates and build talent pipelines.

Good research, analytical and problem-solving ability.
