Experience: 5 Years (Manufacturing/Engineering Industry)
We are looking for an MBA HR professional with 5 years of experience in the manufacturing/engineering sector to manage HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Manage apprenticeship programs and ensure compliance with NATS/NAPS guidelines.
- Support plant administration activities.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and employee records.
- Prepare presentations and provide HR analytics for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Hands-on experience with NATS and NAPS compliance.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Robust communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant HR tools.
Preferred Profile
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
