- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in hospital premises, including OPD, IPD, wards, cabins, washrooms, corridors, and waiting areas.

- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, beds, furniture, and frequently touched surfaces as per hospital protocols.

- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of washrooms at regular intervals.

- Follow hospital infection control guidelines and biomedical waste segregation procedures.

- Collect and dispose of waste in designated bins as per hospital policies.

- Replenish cleaning materials, toiletries, and other housekeeping supplies.

- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from nursing staff, doctors, and the administration.

- Maintain cleanliness in emergency areas and patient care areas as instructed.

- Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and disinfectants safely.

- Report maintenance issues, spills, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

- Maintain housekeeping checklists and cleaning records.

- Follow hospital rules, maintain discipline, and ensure patient privacy and safety.
