Hostess – Restaurant

Role: Hostess – Restaurant Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years in Restaurant/Hotel/Hospitality

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus.
- Manage table reservations, waiting lists, and table allocation.
- Inform guests about menu options, specials, and offers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest service.
- Handle guest queries and special seating requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area.
- Manage guest feedback and assist in resolving basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the restaurant manager and service staff during busy hours.
- Maintain reservation records and guest details.




- Ensure qualified grooming and follow restaurant service standards.
- Assist with guest management during events and peak hours.

- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
