Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Learning & Development Executive with a strong hospitality background to support and drive employee training and development initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating learning programs, conducting training sessions, and ensuring continuous improvement in employee skills and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training and development needs across F&B;, Kitchen, Service, Guest Relations, and other operational departments.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs for new joiners and existing employees.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Develop and deliver training on guest service, hospitality standards, food safety, hygiene, grooming, communication, and workplace behaviour.
- Coordinate technical and behavioural training programs in line with business requirements.
- Work closely with HODs and outlet managers to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Maintain monthly training calendars and ensure timely completion of planned programs.
- Track employee participation, attendance, assessments, and training effectiveness.
- Conduct post-training assessments and gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
- Support the development of SOP-based training modules and training materials.
- Maintain accurate L&D; records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend relevant development interventions.
- Assist in designing career development and employee growth initiatives.
- Coordinate external trainers and training vendors whenever required.
- Conduct refresher training programs to maintain consistent service and operational standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly L&D; reports for management review.




- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure all training activities are aligned with the organization's hospitality standards and brand values.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging classroom and on-the-job training.
- Good knowledge of training methodologies and learning practices.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work with employees across different levels and departments.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for employee development.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in Learning & Development or Train-the-Trainer programs will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR within the hospitality industry.
- Candidates from fine-dining restaurants, hotels, resorts, or premium hospitality brands will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in conducting employee training and induction programs is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hospitality background is mandatory/preferred.
- Should have a good understanding of F&B; and hotel operations.
- Should be confident in conducting training sessions for frontline and operational teams.
- Should be comfortable working across multiple outlets/departments.
- Should have a strong interest in employee development and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
