Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital HR Manager based at Apollo Cradle Greater Noida. The Hospital HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital standards.

Daily responsibilities include managing employee life cycle processes, attendance and payroll coordination with relevant teams, performance management support, and handling employee relations and grievance resolution. The role will also involve planning and implementing training and development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff,



driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting workforce planning to meet hospital service needs. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with hospital leadership and department heads to ensure HR practices align with patient care quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare HR management, with a strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices specific to healthcare settings.
- Experience in talent acquisition for hospital roles, including clinical, administrative, and support staff.
- Skills in performance management, employee engagement, and training and development programs.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities with a focus on maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, MS Office tools, and basic HR analytics for reporting and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a quick-paced hospital environment in Greater Noida, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
