Role Description The Home Loan Assistant Quality Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for supporting quality checks and verification processes across home loan applications, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documentation, validating customer information, updating records in internal systems, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.





The role also involves monitoring process timelines, preparing basic reports on quality metrics, and escalating issues when required.

Executive works closely with sales, operations, and compliance teams to help maintain accurate records and smooth loan processing.

Qualifications

- Solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow structured quality procedures.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort working with internal loan processing or CRM systems.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and documenting findings clearly.
- Basic understanding of home loan processes, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or loan processing will be an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is desirable.
