Responsibilities
Customer call handling & monitoring over email/phone
Planning Service Engineers' planned activities in co-ordination with Customers' expectations
Ability to know/learn the geographic territory and travel time estimation
Customer Satisfaction Measurement
Analysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC system
Focus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineers
Leave room for Short Term and dispatching (load factor)
Quick alignment on last minute installations and other planned orders
Final review before handing off to calls dispatching team with regular interactions
Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity
What You Need to Succeed
Diploma, BSc - Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or B.Com
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Good Negotiator
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred - Knowledge of SAP and SFDC
Overall and Specific Experience: 2 to 5 yrs Experience, who have worked on SAP CRM/call management / SFDC
