Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for software applications using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business requirements and customer needs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate on designs.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints by maintaining a strong understanding of the company's visual identity guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate cutting-edge ideas for product features and experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience as a creative Designer with expertise in SaaS products or ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, InVision, Sketching tools; knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript an added advantage.
