About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Training Lead / Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and deliver technical and functional training for our Identity Security platform.

This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, partners, and customers to build a scalable training and enablement program.

This is not a general corporate training position. The successful candidate must have prior professional experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Identity Security products and be comfortable explaining technical identity concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage structured training and enablement programs for customers, partners, employees, implementation engineers, administrators, and business users.
- Develop role-based learning paths for administrators, implementation teams, support personnel, business users, and partners.
- Deliver instructor-led virtual training, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.
- Develop presentations, lab guides, exercises, assessments, videos, quick-reference guides, and other training materials.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to understand new capabilities and translate them into effective training content.
- Maintain training environments, demonstrations, labs, and realistic IAM/IGA/PAM use cases.
- Coordinate training schedules, registrations, attendance, assessments, and certifications.
- Develop onboarding programs for new customers, partners, and internal employees.
- Maintain training content as the product and technology evolve.




- Collect feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Help establish and manage an Identity Security Academy and Certification Program for customers and partners.
- Work closely with the Technical Documentation team to ensure consistency between product documentation and training materials.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior professional experience working for an IAM, IGA, PAM, or Identity Security software vendor or organization is required.
- Strong working knowledge of IAM/IGA/PAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML), provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, access requests, approvals, access reviews/certifications, and privileged access.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, APIs, SCIM, and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technology to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with LMS, e-learning, video training, or certification platforms is desirable.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, One Identity, Omada, BeyondTrust, or comparable identity-security technologies is highly desirable.

Exposure to SaaS, Azure/AWS, ServiceNow, Workday, Active Directory, APIs, and enterprise integrations is an advantage.

Working Hours:

This position is based in India and requires significant collaboration with our U.S.-based leadership, customers, and partners.

Candidates must be comfortable working a second-shift schedule, typically until approximately 10:00 - 11:00 PM IST, with regular overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

Important: Candidates without prior qualified experience in **IAM, IGA, PAM, or Identity Security technologies/products will not be considered.
