Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring HR Recruiter, BDE Telecaller, and Counselor. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for fresher and experienced hiring, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, and maintaining candidate databases.

Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients, explaining services and opportunities, scheduling interviews, and following up to ensure smooth communication. The role also includes counseling candidates on suitable career paths, training programs, and skill development options aligned with organizational requirements.



The individual will collaborate with internal teams to support staffing targets, prepare reports and updates, and contribute to business development initiatives through effective engagement and relationship-building.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Candidates should possess effective telecalling and communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and qualified phone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to guide candidates on career options, training programs, and skill development pathways.
- Candidates should possess basic business development and client relationship skills, including lead follow-up, service explanation, and maintaining professional connections.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining recruitment trackers, updating databases, and preparing daily or weekly reports.
- Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, counseling, or telecalling in education, training, IT, or staffing domains is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields preferred) and proficiency with MS Office and online recruitment tools are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, demonstrate professionalism, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
