Responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and coded records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to coding and CDI guidelines. Performs quality audits, identifies documentation improvement opportunities, provides feedback and training to coding/CDI teams, monitors productivity and quality metrics, and supports process improvement initiatives. Collaborates with physicians, coders, and stakeholders to enhance documentation integrity, coding accuracy, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance while leading and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goals.
