Role & responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 application support for MSME & Wheels applications across 24x7 rotational shifts

- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution within defined SLAs

- Analyze application logs, database queries, and system performance metrics to diagnose issues

- Handle complex incidents, problem management, and recurring issues proactively

- Coordinate with L3/Development, Infra, and Vendor teams for permanent fixes

- Ensure timely ticket updates, resolution documentation, and closure in ticketing tools

- Drive incident prioritization, impact assessment, and service restoration

- Support release activities, patch deployments, and change management processes

- Implement workarounds and permanent fixes for known issues





- Monitor application health and recommend performance improvements

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field

- 2–5 years of experience in application support (preferably in BFSI/MSME domain)

- Robust understanding of application architecture, APIs, and integrations

- Hands-on experience in log analysis, SQL queries, debugging, and monitoring tools

- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL framework)

- Ability to handle critical incidents and high-severity production issues
