Role Description The Hiring BFSI Trainer role is a contract, in office position based in Jaipur. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) for corporate teams, new hires, and early-career professionals. Daily activities include developing training content and modules, conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and simulations, and assessing participant performance through tests, assignments, and feedback.





The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand skill gaps, tailoring programs to client requirements, and updating content to reflect current BFSI regulations, products, and market practices. The trainer will also document training outcomes, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and learning tools.

Qualifications

- Strong domain knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, including products, processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in corporate training, classroom facilitation, and curriculum or module design for BFSI or closely related sectors.
- Skills in preparing training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises using digital tools and standard office applications.
- Ability to assess learning outcomes through tests, evaluations, and feedback, and to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants in an on-site setting.
- Prior experience working in BFSI operations, sales, or customer service is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications in BFSI, training, or L&D; are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a contract capacity, with flexibility to align to client schedules and program timelines in Jaipur.
