Role Description This is an on-site Hiring Data Analytics with Power BI Trainer role based in Ghaziabad. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs in data analytics and Power BI for corporate and fresher-level participants, using real-world case studies, datasets, and tools to build practical skills.

Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, mentoring learners, and assessing performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align training content with industry needs, updating curricula based on emerging trends and tools,



and supporting recruitment or hiring initiatives by evaluating candidate capabilities in data analytics. The trainer is expected to maintain a professional learning setting, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of training standards and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in data-focused skills, including Data Analytics and Data Analysis, with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Robust Analytical Skills and Data Modeling capabilities, including working with complex datasets, building data models, and interpreting insights for decision-making.
- Experience in Data Management, including data collection, cleaning, transformation, and documentation following best practices and data governance standards.
- Hands-on expertise with Power BI (or similar BI tools), including report building, dashboard creation, DAX, data visualization best practices, and performance optimization.
- Proven training or teaching experience, preferably in corporate or technical environments, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner to diverse learner groups.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in data analytics or Power BI are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt training methods based on learner feedback and performance.
