Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Selling of the MatChar Division complete range of products directly to the customers.
To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the respective Regional Manager
Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations.
Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products. Takes initiative & proposes/plans/executes key activities viz. Seminars / Webinars / Mailing campaigns with RM/BM to maximize business opportunities.
To provide demo with or without instrument (Virtual demo) to customers
Has flair towards learning various Applications,
Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management into CRM To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations,
routine maintenance and breakdowns.
To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements/applications.
Building good customer relationship on long term basis.
To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.
