Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Selling of the LABTEC Division’s complete range of products directly to the customers which includes (Lab Balances, Mass comparators, Quantos, LabX Software, LHCD, Moisture Analyzers, GWP consultants)

To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the Regional Manager

Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations.

Timely collection of payments, Service Orders, etc. as per the sales contract from time to time To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.

Development of New customer accounts. Generate current leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products.

To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.

To interact with customers,



understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements.

To keep himself abreast with the concurrent issues in the Sales and Marketing, the Analytical Instruments and Laboratory Products Industry, technology, competitors, competitive strategies etc.

Building good customer relationship on long term basis.

What You Need to Succeed

M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnoloy)

B.E./B.Tech (Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics)

Overall and Specific Experience

Similar experience

SAP / CRM Exposure desirable

IT operational background is desirable.

Handling of VAR/Dealer & tender exposure is desirable.
