Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective customers in Hindi and explain our software products.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Promote products such as PetroSoft, RestroSoft, FoodTech, and LPGTech.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and address their initial queries.
- Follow up with leads and support the sales conversion process.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn about software products and sales processes.
