Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance in Hindi.
- Explain software features and guide customers in using our products.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and product-related issues.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues that require additional support.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.
- Ensure professional communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and a customer-oriented approach.
