In this role you will play a key role in:
- Understand the client system architecture and how it relates to the CG Platforms and offerings including the Automation Drive Suit and DGEM Tech and actively seeks new opportunities for the application of CG Platform BluePrint components
- Have excellent command of the functionalities of the technology used for the delivery of services in different client contexts
- Apply complex analytical models and problem-solving techniques and methodologies to the specific context
- Be aware of the business context for the analyzed data, can draw insights and makes relevant recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client
- Understand the cost drivers of the services and supports effective usage of them in the service delivery
- Hands on experience in SAP FI / CO mandatory
- Hands on experience in SQL, PBI, Python and VBA is added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of MS -Office Suite (includes Excel, Power point etc.)
- Willingness to work as an Individual contributor / Team lead in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of Integration of CO with other SAP modules is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of R2R processes including reconciliations & variance analysis is must.
- Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Strong and effective communicator and ability to build and sustain productive relationships with internal and external clients.
- Proven time management skills, as the need to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines is essential.
- Experience in people management including training & inspiring the teams to create sustainable delivery model.
- Good team player
- Flexible to work in nights shifts & ready to extend working hours to meet deadlines during month end.
- Experience in transition/transformation projects is an added advantage
