We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join The Healthcare process Voice Process often referred to as the Healthcare domestic voice support which focuses on Handle incoming customer calls related to HealthCare services.

Language Requirements

Candidates must have good communication skills in English along with any ONE of the following regional languages:

English + Hindi

English + Kannada

English + Assamese

English + Bengali

English + Gujarati

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls related to HealthCare services.

Assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

Maintain professional communication and deliver quality customer support.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates are eligible.

Good communication skills in English and the required any north regional language.

Willingness to work from the Whitefield office.

Immediate joiners preferred.





Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate.

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Monthly Incentives: Up to 2,500 based on performance.

Work Details ;- Work Location: Work from Office (Whitefield, Bengaluru)

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility: One-way cab facility for night shifts only. Free night transport for women employees (7 PM7 AM). Male employees may be charged 75 per trip, as per the shared details.
