- Define verification/validation plans from Systems Engineering requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Own DV/PV, endurance, environmental/temperature-cycle, performance, load, regression and qualification testing.
- Build test rigs, test methods, instrumentation, data capture and objective pass/fail criteria with Engineering.
- Own FRACAS, failure analysis governance, reliability metrics and recurring field-failure trend review.
- Independently report readiness, residual risks and validation gaps before release.
- Partner with Product/Engineering on reliability growth and corrective-action verification.
- Create validation documentation suitable for customers/export markets where relevant.
Experience & qualifications
- 1015 years in validation, reliability, testing or product quality engineering.
- Hands-on experience creating test plans/rigs,
analysing failures and closing reliability loops.
- Knowledge of FMEA, FRACAS, accelerated/endurance testing, environmental testing and statistical reliability methods.
- Experience across electromechanical controls/software systems is strongly preferred.
