The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing & Sales to lead our brand presence, customer acquisition, channel development and revenue growth.

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will connect our engineering strengths with compelling storytelling and a disciplined sales process.

What You Will Lead

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies with clear targets and budgets.
- Translate proprietary technology into clear, relevant customer benefits.
- Build consistent brand storytelling across campaigns, content, digital channels and product launches.
- Generate qualified enquiries and manage the journey from first contact to demonstration,



quotation, negotiation and closure.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers and channel partners.
- Drive experience studio visits, demonstrations, events and referral programmes.
- Build a customer and partner community around thoughtful living, design and pride in ownership.
- Establish CRM processes, follow-up standards and reliable sales forecasts.
- Guide and grow the marketing and sales team, including external agencies.
- Track pipeline, conversion, revenue, collections and marketing effectiveness.
- Bring customer and market insights into product and business decisions.

Who We Are Looking For

- A proven record of delivering measurable marketing and sales growth.
- Experience in smart homes, lighting, premium interiors, consumer technology or related sectors is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value simply.
- Solid skills in brand building, relationship development, negotiation, and team leadership.
- Practical experience with digital campaigns, CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Confidence to build and execute with a small team while working directly with the founder.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, channel development and studio activities.
- A sense of ownership and the ambition to help build a lasting brand.

Compensation

Your compensation package will include:

- Fixed salary + Performance Salary
- Employee Stock Options (ESOPs)

The salary structure will be discussed transparently during the hiring process, based on experience, responsibilities and agreed targets.
