WE’RE HIRING | Head of Marketplace

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketplace to lead and scale the marketplace business for a fast-growing men's ethnic wear brand. This is a high-impact leadership prospect for a professional who can drive revenue growth, own end-to-end marketplace P&L;, strengthen platform relationships, and expand the business across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end marketplace P&L;, including revenue, margins, profitability, advertising spend and working capital.
- Drive business growth across platforms such as Myntra, Amazon India and other relevant marketplaces.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace category heads and lead commercial negotiations, joint business plans and promotional strategies.
- Develop and execute marketplace expansion strategies across international platforms such as Amazon US, Noon and Namshi.
- Optimise marketplace advertising performance, pricing, inventory planning, commissions, returns and operational metrics.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketplace team while collaborating with brand, supply chain and finance functions.




- Drive data-led business reviews, identify growth opportunities and improve overall channel profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in independently managing a large-scale marketplace P&L;, ideally with ₹100 Cr+ GMV/NSV.
- Strong experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or related consumer categories.
- Established and current working relationships with Myntra category heads and strong familiarity with Amazon.
- Demonstrated success in scaling marketplace businesses, expanding platform presence and improving profitability.
- Strong understanding of marketplace commercials, retail media, inventory management and business analytics.
- Experience in team leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Good to Have: International marketplace expansion experience across the US or GCC markets, including Amazon Global Selling, Noon or Namshi.
