Role Description The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the firm. This role includes leading the preparation and review of financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.

The Head of Finance will analyze financial performance, provide data-driven insights to leadership, and support strategic decision-making for both internal operations and client-facing projects. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring cash flow, managing compliance with relevant financial regulations, coordinating with external auditors and advisors, and optimizing financial processes and controls.



The role also includes mentoring finance team members, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and contributing to long-term financial planning and risk management.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience overseeing financial operations and strategy for overseas entities.
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to manage and monitor budgets across functions.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience in managing financial controls, risk management, and internal audits within consulting or professional services environments is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and comfort working in a dynamic, growth-focused organization.
