Hotel Adhunik Palace is urgently looking for skilled Male and Female Chefs with good knowledge of South Indian cuisine. Candidates must have at least 1 year of qualified cooking experience and be capable of handling a large and diverse menu in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of South Indian dishes, including Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, and chutneys.
- Handle multiple menu items while maintaining taste, quality, and consistency.
- Manage food preparation efficiently during busy service hours.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to handle a large menu and multiple orders efficiently.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joining preferred.
