We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hardware Engineer to manage computer hardware, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide reliable IT support for our systems and users.

Key Responsibilities

- Hardware Installation & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and repair hardware faults and replace defective components.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system performance issues.
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and common applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity problems.
- Operating System & Software Installation
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and essential software.
- Perform system formatting, OS reinstallation, and data backup when required.
- Networking & IT Infrastructure
- Handle basic LAN setup, IP configuration, routers, switches,



and network troubleshooting.
- Assist with printer and shared-resource connectivity.
- Preventive Maintenance & Documentation
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain hardware inventory, service records, and issue-resolution reports.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Windows OS installation and configuration.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, IP configuration).
- Familiarity with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Problem-solving ability and valuable communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support users efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or practical hardware-support experience will be an advantage.
