Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hard Goods Junior Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The candidate will assist in product development, sampling, costing, order follow-ups, buyer communication, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of hard goods and home decor products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for samples, materials, pricing, and production updates.
- Prepare product details, costing sheets, quotations, and order-related documents.
- Follow up on samples, approvals, purchase orders, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with the design, sourcing, quality, production, and shipping teams.
- Maintain product specifications, sample records, and order status reports.
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, product catalogues, and buyer presentations.
- Communicate with buyers and suppliers through email and other professional channels.
- Monitor order progress and help ensure timely delivery according to buyer requirements.
- Support the senior merchandiser in daily merchandising activities.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of hard goods, handicrafts, or home decor products.
- Good communication and email-writing skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of product costing, sampling, and order follow-up.
- Good coordination, organization, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream; candidates with a background in Fashion, Merchandising, Product Design, or Export Management will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in handicrafts, home decor, or export merchandising will be preferred.
