Role Overview :
As a Guidewire Developer specializing in PolicyCenter, you will be at the heart of our insurance technology practice in Hyderabad. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, business analysts, and global stakeholders to design, develop, and implement robust insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter modules to meet specific business requirements and improve operational efficiency for insurance clients.
- Develop complex business logic and rules using GOSU programming to ensure seamless policy lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with technical architects and functional consultants to design high-performance solutions that align with enterprise standards.
- Perform rigorous unit testing and debugging of configurations to maintain system stability and high code quality.
- Provide technical guidance during the integration of PolicyCenter with external systems and third-party applications to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of technical excellence within the development team.
Required Skillset :
- Possess 3 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development, with a deep understanding of the insurance domain.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in GOSU programming and Guidewire configuration, including the ability to build complex UI and business rules.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and optimize system performance in high-volume environments.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning recent Guidewire versions and industry best practices to stay ahead of evolving technology trends.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment based in Hyderabad, collaborating seamlessly with distributed teams.
