Vythiri Village Resort is looking for enthusiastic and guest-oriented Guest Service Associates to join our Food & Beverage Service team and deliver excellent dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently
- Explain menu items and provide recommendations when required
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness and restaurant readiness
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Positive communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
