Sarasiruham Resort is hiring enthusiastic and well-presented Guest Service Associates who are passionate about hospitality and creating welcoming, personalized experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage guest registration, room keys and basic documentation.
- Respond to guest inquiries, calls and service requests.
- Provide information about resort facilities, dining and guest experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness and guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel PMS.
- Assist with special occasions, celebrations and VIP arrangements.
- Support billing, payment processing and front-desk administration.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive guest interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Experience:
0–2 years; freshers with hospitality training may apply.
- Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn hotel PMS.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹384,000.00 per year
