? Who we are

InGoodHands is a early-stage, funded startup in Bangalore making medically supervised weight loss and metabolic health care accessible to India.

India is in the middle of a metabolic health crisis, and most people who need real care either don’t know it exists or don’t trust it yet. We’re here to change that.

? What you’ll do

You’ll own growth end to end, from the first time someone sees us to the day they bring a friend along.

You’ll run and scale paid acquisition, starting with Meta and then Google and beyond.

You’ll build the channels we don’t have yet: partnerships, referrals, WhatsApp, community and organic.

You’ll work with our content lead to turn content into a growth engine rather than just a feed.

You’ll build our dashboards and the habit of testing every week. You’ll know our CAC, conversion rates and LTV better than anyone, and you’ll use them to decide where the next rupee goes.

You’ll find the leaks between lead, consult and paying patient, and fix them with the team.

You’ll work closely with me and our tech and ops co-founders, so your ideas ship in days,



not quarters.

✨ Who you are

You’ve spent the last 2–5 years in growth, at a startup, at an agency, or running your own.

You’re deeply data-driven.

You’re also creative enough to know that the right hook often beats the right bid.

You’ve owned real budgets, run real experiments, and can tell us what you learned, especially from what failed.

You’re scrappy, you move rapid, and you get a bit too excited when a funnel finally clicks.

Experience in health, wellness or healthcare growth is a big plus. You’ll understand how trust, compliance and long decision cycles change the playbook
