Role & responsibilities

- Design creative posts, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging social media creatives, reel covers, advertisements, and campaign visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop branding materials for Wonder IVF centres, events, health awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Brands & Communication teams to understand design requirements and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all creatives follow the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards.
- Edit images, videos, and other visual content as required.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback from management and internal teams.
- Maintain and organise design files, templates, and creative assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video-editing tools will be an added advantage.
- Solid creativity, typography, colour theory, layout,



and visual communication skills.
- Understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Experience
- 14 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital marketing, branding, or a creative agency.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or IVF/fertility branding will be an advantage.

- Timely delivery of assigned creatives.
- Adherence to brand guidelines.
- Turnaround time for revisions.
- Effectiveness and consistency of marketing and social media creatives.

Preferred Candidate: A creative, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a strong portfolio and the ability to translate marketing ideas into impactful visual content. Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video editing is essential. The candidate must be capable of editing videos, creating engaging reels, and producing high-quality visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.
