About the Role

Milieu Global is looking for experienced and creative graphic designers and UI/UX designers with a background in IT services, web development, mobile applications, SaaS products, and social media design.

Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in creating marketing creatives, flyers, web banners, social media content, and user-friendly UI/UX designs for websites and mobile applications. Experience in video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design flyers, posters, banners, brochures, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Create engaging social media designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Design website banners, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
- Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for websites and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for SaaS platforms and web applications.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across websites, applications, and marketing campaigns.
- Incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Keep up with current design trends, UI/UX standards, and digital marketing requirements.





Required Skills
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
- Prior experience in IT services, preferably involving websites, mobile apps, SaaS products, or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Practical experience in social media creatives, flyers, web banners, and digital advertisements.
- Experience designing website and mobile application interfaces.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, responsive design, and user experience principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into creative and user-friendly designs.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, web/app UI, and social media projects.

Good to Have
- Video editing skills using CapCut or Adobe After Effects.
- Experience creating reels, promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with SaaS dashboards, CRM/ERP interfaces, and other enterprise applications.
- Experience working closely with development teams in an IT services environment.
