Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Develop visually appealing layouts, banners, brochures, presentations, and brand collaterals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Create creative assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication and marketing materials.
- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative formats, and industry best practices.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to deliver high-quality design outputs.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve visual storytelling and audience engagement.





Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing creatives for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and versatility.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital advertising creatives.
- Experience creating performance-driven ad creatives for lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
- Ability to adapt design styles to different brands, industries, and target audiences.
