Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can design visually appealing graphics and edit engaging videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Create posters, banners, promotional creatives, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Edit videos, reels, short-form content, promotional videos, and company presentations.
- Develop engaging visual content for campaigns, events, product promotions, and brand awareness.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, background music, and other elements to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to understand content requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and videos.
- Follow design trends and suggest fresh creative concepts.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Revise designs and videos based on feedback from the team and management.
- Organize and maintain design files, video assets, and project folders.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field; relevant practical experience is also acceptable.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging social media creatives and short-form videos.
- Good communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn creatives.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing requirements.
- A robust portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
