Key Responsibilities [PM Intern]

Support SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads & WhatsApp Marketing

Conduct keyword, competitor & market research

Assist with campaign setup, targeting & optimisation

Create and test ad copies, creatives, CTAs & landing pages

Manage lead-generation campaigns and lead nurturing

Track CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, conversions & lead quality

Use GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GTM & Excel/Sheets

Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on data

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements

Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads

Understanding of analytics and lead funnels

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Eagerness to learn, test and optimise

Goal: Build hands-on expertise in performance marketing and qualified lead generation.

[Graphic designer Intern]

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer Intern who can handle social media designs, short-form videos, motion graphics and AI-assisted content.

Key Responsibilities

Create creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & digital platforms

Design posts, carousels, stories, ads, brochures, presentations & thumbnails

Edit Reels, promotional videos & motion graphics

Handle transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects & basic colour grading

Create AI-assisted images/videos and AI voiceovers

Perform photo editing, retouching, background removal & compositing

Maintain consistent brand identity, typography, colours & visual style





Research trends and suggest fresh creative ideas

Manage revisions and deliver projects within deadlines

Photoshop | Illustrator | Canva | Figma | Premiere Pro | After Effects | CapCut | AI Creative Tools

About the Role

MCR Ventures is looking for driven Sales Executives who can do more than just “follow up.” If your idea of sales is spamming “Hi sir, just checking,” this will be painful for everyone involved. We need people who can actually sell.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through fieldwork, calls, and networking (yes, actual effort)

Pitch MCR Ventures’ services with clarity and confidence

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Close deals and consistently achieve sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales (preferred, not mandatory if you’re sharp)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of B2B sales

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
