Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer (Static design and motion) based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We're hiring a full-time Graphic Designer who works confidently across both static design and motion. You will create ad creatives, produce SaaS explainer videos with motion graphics, and design UI/UX for our marketing assets and product.

You'll work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to make DrillBit look sharp, stay consistent, and communicate clearly on every channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn,



Google Display, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, banners, brochures, email graphics, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Produce motion graphics, animated ads, SaaS explainer videos, and product walkthroughs.
- Edit, color-grade, and finalize videos using DaVinci Resolve.
- Develop creative variations for A/B testing and improve designs based on performance feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver high-quality creatives on time.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and digital ad design.
- Ability to create engaging, brand-consistent visual content.

Positive to Have:

- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Premiere Pro.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or academic marketing.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR and conversions.
- Familiarity with Lottie animations or basic HTML/CSS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- A strong portfolio showcasing static creatives, motion graphics, and explainer videos.
